What do I get for joining Deek’s Pizza Rewards?
You will receive a FREE Large 1 topping pizza with the purchase of any pizza offer on your account upon joining.
How do I earn points from my purchases?
Each order online or through the Deek’s Pizza app while logged into their rewards account will automatically receive points from their purchase. When ordering over the phone, please provide the same phone number used when signing up for your rewards account when placing your order. If you forget these options when completing your order you can also take the receipt and log it onto your account via the app.
Who has access to my information?
Deek’s Pizza will only have access to the information guests provide and will never share that information. We do not store any user passwords.
Do all Deek’s locations participate in the Rewards Program?
Yes, all Deek’s locations participate in our rewards program.
Do I need to download the app to be a Rewards Member?
Using our app will be the best way to experience Deek’s Rewards. However, downloading the app is not required. You can also join and use the rewards program on our website at https://deekspizza.com/rewards, and continue to the signup form!
Can anyone become a Rewards Member?
Anyone 13 years or older can be a rewards member.
Does it cost money to be a Rewards Member?
No, this is a free program.
Do I need to be a Rewards Member to participate in Deek’s Pizza Rewards?
Yes, you must be registered as a Rewards Member to participate in Deek’s Pizza Rewards.
What if I forget to enter a receipt on my account for points?
If you forgot to locate your account upon completing your transaction you can claim points from your receipt via the app. You MUST claim points from receipt within 3 days of your visit, otherwise, you will forfeit these points.
Will I get points on gift card purchases?
No. The person you are purchasing the gift card for will be eligible for receiving points when he/she redeems the gift card.
Do my points ever expire?
Yes. If you do not make a valid loyalty purchase or redemption for six months, the points will automatically reset to zero.
Do I get points for purchases I made before I joined the program?
If you are existing Deek’s Perks reward program, we will roll over your point to our new Deek’s Rewards and a free pizza should be waiting for you. All new members to Deek’s Rewards will start earning points after joining. Receipts from visits prior to your join date are not eligible for points.
How do I refer a friend? Do I get a reward for referring a friend?
Just have your friends enter your invite code when they join Deek’s Pizza Rewards program. After they make their first purchase as a rewards member, we’ll load 100 Reward points on your account.
How do I redeem a reward?
Before you place an order, review the number of points in your account and see what reward you’re eligible to redeem. Based on your selection click “Redeem” and select which method of ordering.
If you’re ordering through the app, select redeem online. Then select Order Now, and select rewards available. You’ll see a “Redeem” section that lets you choose from your available redeemable rewards. Select the reward you would like to use and proceed with ordering.
If you’re ordering over the phone and in-store, select this option on your redeemable. Click redeem now and give our teammember the promo code on your app. Limit one reward per transaction.
Do I have to redeem all my rewards on one visit?
No. You can redeem your rewards on multiple visits. Various Rewards have various expiry dates. Please check the mobile app for the specific expiry date for your specific reward.
Do my rewards ever expire?
All rewards have an expiration date, so keep track of your current rewards and when they expire.
Do I get a reward on my birthday?
Yes! You will get your Free Dessert reward 48 hours prior to your birthday, which expires in 14 days.
Can I have more than one rewards account?
Each guest can only have one Deek’s Pizza Rewards account.
How do I invite a friend? Do I get a reward for inviting a friend?
Have your friends enter your invite code when they join Deek's Pizza Rewards program. Your friends will see an "Invite Code" field when creating their account during the signup process. If your friend enters your invite code and makes their first purchase as a rewards member, we'll put a special surprise on your account and enter you into a drawing for a $100 Deek's gift card. More invites mean more chances to win. You can find your code on your Deek's App in the more section and under "invite friends."
How do I redeem a reward?
Before placing an order, review the number of points in your account a d see what reward you're eligible to redeem. Based on your selection, click "Redeem" and select which method of ordering.
If you're ordering through the app, select redeem online. Then select Order Now, and choose rewards available. You'll see a "Redeem" section that lets you choose from your available redeemable rewards. Place the item you would like to redeem in your cart first, then select the reward you would like to use and proceed.
If you're ordering over the phone and in-store, select this option on your redeemable. Click redeem now and give our team member the promo code on your app. Limit one reward per transaction.
Do I get a reward on my birthday?
Yes! You will get your Free 1 topping pizza reward 48 hours before your birthday.
