Deek’s Pizza – General Giveaway & Contest Terms and Conditions

By participating in any giveaway, contest, sweepstakes, or promotion (“Promotion”) offered through the Deek’s Pizza mobile app, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility
   Promotions are open to legal residents of North Dakota who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, unless otherwise stated. Employees of Deek’s Pizza, its affiliates, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win.
2. How to Enter
   Entry methods will be described within each specific Promotion. No purchase is necessary unless expressly stated. Entries submitted after the listed deadline will not be counted.
3. Random Winner Selection
   All winners are chosen at random from eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Deek’s Pizza’s decisions regarding winner selection and eligibility are final.
4. Prizes
   Prizes will be listed in the Promotion details. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash unless allowed by Deek’s Pizza.
5. Winner Notification
   Winners will be notified through the Deek’s Pizza app, email, or other contact methods provided in their app account. Winners must respond within the timeframe specified in the Promotion. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
6. Publicity
   By entering, participants agree that Deek’s Pizza may use their first name, city, and submitted content (if applicable) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
   Deek’s Pizza is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or technical failures of any kind. By participating, entrants release Deek’s Pizza from all liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
8. Disqualification
   Deek’s Pizza reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
9. Modification or Cancellation
   Deek’s Pizza may modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.
10. Compliance With Laws
    All Promotions are subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
11. Agreement to Terms
    Participation in any Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
